The glass dome is dirty. How can I avoid this

We supply a pair of WatchPillar-gloves with our WatchPillar, which can be used to lift and clean the glass dome.
In addition, the WatchPillar can also be disassembled and used in a compact version without the glass dome. Suitable rubber-pads are already pre-assembled. Useful for daily use. Check out our Guide for more information.

Can the insert-logo also be filled with colored resin (non-transparent)?

Due to the open-pored nature of wood, filling the logo with colored resin is problematic because it flows into these pores. This leads to discolouration of the surrounding wood.

Is there a WatchPillar for left-handers?

We will be offering a left-handed version in the near future, where the watch is placed from the left side.
Since only a different rod is required, the standard version of WatchPillar can be converted later. Therefore, we will also offer the left-hander rod for sale separately.

Some other watch stands show logos of watch manufacturers!?

Unless the manufacturers of these watch stands have a license agreement with the owner of the logo (and possibly the brand name), they are clearly in violation of applicable intellectual property laws. We don't do this because we respect the trademark rights of other companies. We are happy to review each logo individually for you and yes, there are a few watch companies that do not have their logos and brand names protected. Please contact us!

Can my own logo be milled into the insert?

We are happy to mill your custom logo into the insert and fill it with clear resin.
You will find the "WatchPillar individual" product in our shop, where you can select the appropriate option.
Please note that not every type of logo can be milled or the logo needs to be slightly adjusted. In any case, you will receive a simulation of the milled logo after your order. Only with your approval we will start the production of your individual WatchPillar.

Is the rod available in colors other than black?

I would like to have a WatchPillar with a very even wood grain. Is that possible?

Since we build our WatchPillar from solid wood, each piece is unique: the grain can range from a very evenly striped to a round and wild grain.
Please let us know your wishes when ordering. We will try to find a suitable WatchPillar from our stock.

I have other issues with my WatchPillar or I don't like it.

No matter what kind of problems you have with our WatchPillar, there is no problem that cannot be solved.
